At DavLite, we offer flexible delivery options to suit all your needs. Whether you prefer standard, express, or expedited delivery, we offer you the flexibility to choose a delivery date and time that suits you, for an additional fee.

Overview of delivery options

DavLite offers different shipping options to suit all needs:

– Standard delivery  : via post, local or international transport companies.

– Express delivery  : for faster receipt of your products.

– Secure shipping  : by freight forwarders specially trained for sensitive shipments.

You also have the option to collect your order:

– In store  : directly from the seller.

– At the agency (checkpoint)  : at one of our authorized collection points.

Delivery process  :

1. Order the product and specify the delivery method.

2. Receive an order confirmation message.

3. Wait for your order to arrive.

4. Collect your order from the payment area or delivery address provided.

Product Types

Small objects

We consider “small items” to be anything except large appliances (dishwashers, washing machines, refrigerators, etc.) and televisions larger than 43 inches.

Large items

“Large items” include major appliances (dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, ovens, etc.) and televisions larger than 43 inches.

1. Processing times for shipments

All orders are processed within 5 business days  (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing the order. During periods of high demand, processing time may be longer than usual.

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

Delivery times are indicated based on supply availability. In the event of a delivery delay of more than 5 days  after the indicative delivery date (except in cases of force majeure: war, riot, fire, strike, etc.), the buyer will have the option to cancel their order, without being able to claim any compensation whatsoever.

Available delivery options  :

– In-store pickup  : Free.

– Collection at agency (check-point) : Variable fees from 500 XOF .

– Standard delivery  : 1 to 5 working days.

– Express delivery : 1 to 2 working days.

– Standard shipping  : 5 to 14 business days.

– Express shipping  : 3 to 7 working days.

Note  :
– Delivery or shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– The seller is responsible for the delivery or shipping of items after ordering.
DavLite does not manage the delivery or shipping of orders, unless expressly requested by the seller.

3. Costs

Shipping or delivery rates are set and managed by sellers in collaboration with their partners (structures or independents).

– In-store pickup  : Free.

– Collection at agency (check-point) : Variable fees from 500 XOF , regardless of weight or destination.

– Delivery or shipping  : Costs are calculated and displayed when ordering, depending on the method chosen (standard or express).

4. Shipping Restrictions

Shipping restrictions are set directly by each seller in their store settings. Please check the specific conditions for each product before placing an order.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

– A confirmation email.
– A message to your phone number via WhatsApp or Telegram with a tracking number (Optional).

You can track your order:

– From your dashboard on DavLite.
– Using the tracking number on the carrier’s website (if available).

6. Damaged or lost items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit:

1. Report it immediately to our customer service and the seller.

2. Complete a return or refund request from your customer dashboard.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a refund or replacement.

7. Customs and import taxes

For international orders, customers may be required to pay customs or import taxes. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the prices displayed on the platform.

Legal information

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies only to the DavLite platform , unless otherwise stated herein. In their dashboard, the seller has the option to customize their own terms applicable only to their store and their items.
